Green Salad With Olives 40 Days of Vegan Fasting Day Thirty-One

Today’s meal is another for my Vegan Fasting Diet. You will need:

7 leaves of Green Salad
1 tablespoon of Olive Paste
1 tablespoon of Mustard Seeds
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar
Pinch of Salt

This is an easy and light meal.

 

First you will chop the green salad leaves.

Then add the rest of the ingredients: olive paste, mustard seeds, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and the pinch of salt.

 

Mix it all up and the meal is ready to serve.
