Today’s meal is another for my Vegan Fasting Diet. You will need:
3 tablespoons of Buckwheat Flour
3 tablespoons of White Flour
Pinch of Salt
½ teaspoon of Sugar
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
1 Cup of Water
In a small bowl add all the ingredients: buckwheat flour, white flour, pinch of salt, sugar, Olive Oil and the water.
Wisk the whole thing, until everything is well mixed.
Heat up a non-stick pan on the stove.
Add one third of the mix in the pan. Cook it for 3 minutes on one side. Then flip it on the other side and cook it for another 3 minutes.
Repeat this 2 more times with the rest of the mix, as this whole recipe will make 3 crepes.
You can dress the crepes with lots of vegan options like jams of your liking.
Roll them and they are ready to be served.
