Today’s recipe in another for my Vegan Fasting Diet. You will need:
1 Cucumber
1 Tomato
1 Roasted Pepper
7 Olives
1 Scallion
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Today’s recipe is another one that is very light and easy.
Chop all the ingredients: the tomato, the cucumber, the roasted pepper, and the scallion.
Add them all in a bowl. Also add the olives and season it with Olive Oil and pinch of Salt.
The meal is ready to be served.
