Buckwheat and Hummus 40 Days of Vegan Fasting Day Eight

Today’s meal is another of my Vegan Fasting Diet meals. You will need:

1 Cup of toasted Buckwheat
3 Cups of Water
½ a cube of Vegetable stock
3 Spoons of Hummus
1 Small spoon of Balsamic Vinegar

In a medium size pot, put the toasted Buckwheat and add the 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil and add the ½ a cube of Vegetable stock. Then lower the temperature on medium fire to slow cook it for another 20 minutes, until the water evaporates.

 

 

Remove it from the fire and let if cool off a little bit.

Add the 3 spoons of Hummus and 1 small spoon of Balsamic Vinegar. Mix the whole thing.

 

Now it’s ready to serve.
