Honey Mustard Pasta 40 Days of Vegan Fasting Day Eighteen

Today’s recipe is another for my Vegan Fasting Diet. You will need:

150 grams of Macaroni
4 Cups of Water
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
½ an Avocado
10 Olives
2 tablespoons of Mustard
2 tablespoons of Honey
Pinch of Salt

In a medium pot boil the water. When the water is boiling add the macaroni and cook for 10 minutes. Half way through the cooking you can stir them a little so they won’t stick. Drain the water out of the pot and add ONE tablespoon of the Olive Oil.

Peal and chop the avocado in small cubes. Also chop the olives.

 

Honey Mustard

In a small dish mix 2 spoons of honey, with 2 spoons of mustard and a pinch of salt. The sauce is ready.

Pour the sauce on the pasta. Add the chopped avocado and olives and the meal is ready to serve.
