Mushroom Burgers and French Fries 40 Day’s of Vegan Fasting Day Forty

Today’s recipe is the final for my Vegan Fasting Diet. You will need:

100 grams of Fresh Mushrooms
¼ of Zucchini
¼ cup of Rolled Oats
1 Scallion
2 Potatoes
2 Pinches of Salt
1 Pinch of Cajun Seasoning
2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
1 teaspoon of Flour

Mushroom Burger

 

First chop the mushrooms, the zucchini and the scallion.

 

In a food processor, put the Rolled Oats to shred then into dust. Empty the contents in a cup.

 

Next add the chopped zucchini, scallion and mushrooms in the food processor, to turn the whole thing into a gooey sticky substance. Then add a pinch of salt, a pinch of Cajun seasoning, teaspoon of flour and the rolled oats dust into the food processor. Blend it for another minute until everything is nicely mixed.

In a medium size pan, heat up one tablespoon of Olive Oil on the stove.

 

With a spoon scoop a patty size of the mix and fry it on each side for about 5 minutes.

 

Take them off the fire and they are ready to be served.

 

 

French Fries

 

Peal the two potatoes and slice them into thin wedges.

 

Line up a cookie sheet with baking paper. Spread the potato wedges next to each other on the pan. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil on top of the potatoes and season them with a pinch of salt.

 

Cook them in a preheated oven on 400F for about 20 minutes.

Take them out of the oven and serve them together with the mushroom burgers.
