Today’s recipe is another for the Vegan Fasting Diet. You will need:
200 grams of uncooked Spaghetti
4 Cups of Water
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Mustard
2 Tablespoons of Olive Paste
2 Tablespoons of Ketchup
7 Olives
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
In a medium pot boil the water. When the water is boiling add the spaghetti and cook them for 10 minutes. Half way through the cooking you can stir them a little so they won’t stick. Drain the water out of the pot and add the Olive Oil first.
Then add the Tomato Sauce, the mustard, the ketchup and Olive Paste and stir it all up.
Chop the Olives and add them to the whole mix.
The meal is now ready to serve.
