Today’s recipe is another of my Vegan Fasting meals. You will need:
250 grams String Beans
2 Scallions
1 Carrot
½ a Cup of Cauliflower
1 Pepper
¼ Cup of Tomato Sauce
2 Cups of Water
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
¼ Cube of Vegetable Stock
Pinch of Salt
First thing, you will chop the scallion, the pepper and the carrot.
Then put the Olive Oil in a medium size pot and heat it up on medium fire. In it, lightly sauté the scallion, then add the pepper and keep on sautéing. After that add the string beans to sauté it too.
Final two things you will add is the carrot and the cauliflower to sauté it into the whole mix lightly.
Next add the 2 cups of water and the ¼ Cube of Vegetable Stock with the pinch of Salt.
Let the whole thing to slow cook for an hour on a medium fire. At the end add the ¼ Cup of Tomato Sauce, mix it into the whole thing and it’s ready to serve.
