Today’s meal is another for my Vegan Fasting diet. You will need:
2 medium size Pizza dough
100 grams for Fresh Mushrooms
1 Fresh Pepper
5 Olives
2 Tablespoons of tomato sauce
First you will place baking paper in the cookie pan. It should be big enough to place the two pizza doughs on them.
Chop the mushrooms, the pepper and the olives.
Spread the tomato sauce on the base first.
Add the chopped peppers, then the mushrooms and the olives on top.
Preheat the oven at 500 F and put the pan in to cook for 5-7 minutes.
For the Pizza dough I use the premade dough that usually is also a little bit pre-cooked. So when you put it in the oven you are really just trying to cook the top ingredients a bit.
Take the pizza out of the oven, let it cool off for few minutes and it’s ready to serve.
